All our fruit vinegars are made in Somerset with 5% white or spirit vinegar, in which we infuse the fruit and herbs. We add British Sugar to fix the fruit and herb flavours. That's it! The overall impression is one of full fruity taste, with a relatively mild vinegar effect. All nine vinegars are available in 100ml glass bottles with a screw cap, 250ml glass bottles with a smooth pourer and 1 litre plastic catering bottles.
