    Production Process:

    1. Fermentation of Fruit Juice: The process begins with fermenting fruit juices, which can be obtained from various fruits we use such as raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant and orange.
    2. Addition of Fresh Herbs: Fresh herbs like basil, rosemary, juniper or mint are added to the fermented fruit juice to infuse their aromatic flavours.
    3. Acidification and Aging: The fruit and herb mixture is then fermented further to convert the alcohol into acetic acid. After fermentation, the vinegar is aged to further develop its flavour and aroma.
