All Womersley Fruit & Herb Vinegars are hand-crafted at our production facility in Somerset with 5% white or spirit vinegar, in which we infuse the fruit and herbs. We add a small amount of British Sugar to fix the fruit and herb flavours. That's it! The overall impression is one of a full fruit taste, with a relatively mild vinegar effect. All our nine Fruit Vinegar flavours are available in 150ml glass bottles with some still available in 100ml and 250ml glass bottles. We also have our Fruit Vinegars in 1 litre plastic catering bottles for food services.
