    Your order
At Womersley, we make every effort to ensure that all the products shown in our online shop are in stock but, if we are out of stock of any items, we will e-mail you directly to inform you. We will let you know if we can offer you a replacement, deliver your goods at a later date or offer you a full refund. Orders are sent with a personalised Packing Slip which shows no order details and no prices. You will be sent a copy of your invoice by email separately.

    Faults
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive broken or with any fault, please contact us on +44 (0) 1235355506 immediately. Please retain the faulty item and make a note of the batch number (this can be found on the base of all our bottles). Note that, as an artisan producer, all our products are handmade and may differ slightly from batch to batch.

    Risk and title of goods
Risk of damage to or loss of your order passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when delivery was attempted. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Unless agreed otherwise, orders supplied are not for resale.

    Payment
Credit/Debit card orders are processed securely by our various secure payment systems. Payment is by credit or debit card basis with orders on our website.

Alternatively, if you prefer to pay by cheque, please phone us on +44 (0) 1235355506 to place your order; cheques are subject to clearance before your goods will be despatched. Cheques should be made payable to “Womersley FHV.”

We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are presented. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

    VAT
There is no VAT chargeable on any of our food goods. We do have to charge VAT on any non-food goods, and this will be shown on your invoice.

    Packaging
To ensure all your delicious fruit vinegars arrive safely, they will be wrapped carefully and delivered in a sturdy box or postage bag. Please recycle and reuse all packaging where possible.
