Postage & Delivery Terms
UPDATE FEBRUARY 2021: Regrettably, due to considerable difficulties exporting goods from the UK at present, we have to arrange export orders manually. Hopefully this will be temporary and we will let you know in our Newsletters as well as by Social Media and on our site when we can resume. Please use the Contact page for all enquiries.
We can deliver items anywhere in Mainland UK as well as to many overseas countries.
Delivery of goods is made once full payment is made through our online shop.
Delivery will be made by either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Courier, depending on the size of your order, and should be with you within 7 working days.
Delivery can only be made to full geographical addresses. Sorry, but our couriers will not allow us to send to an address which is a parcel locker or similar since the recipient has to acknowledge/sign for delivery and this cannot be guaranteed or will not be completed at parcel locker facilities.
Delivery will usually be between the hours of 8am and 6pm. If using a tracking service (preferred), you may be able to receive notification of a delivery time.
The delivery date will be agreed and confirmed with you and a signed receipt will usually be required. If a delivery cannot be made, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods or request another delivery time. Delivery by courier will normally be re-attempted up two further occasions only.

When placing your order, you may request special arrangements (for example, to leave with a neighbour or in a secure location of your choice) which we will follow, at your risk.
The goods will not be held by the local courier for longer than five days, after which, they will be returned to us to await your further instructions. You will be charged the couriers return carriage rates and later re-dispatch costs.
Please always provide a street name to help locate your address. This is particularly important in more remote areas.
If your order is a gift, please let us know so we will not include the invoice with the shipment and can include a note or gift card on your behalf.
UK Shipping costs
The shipping cost will be shown before you pay. Orders are usually despatched on Mondays and Thursdays. To ensure your order arrives safely, we avoid deliveries on Saturdays or over the weekend. Please contact us by phone for any special delivery requests.All orders weighing over 2kg are automatically tracked.

NOTE: there is also a £2.65/kg shipping charge being added on by our carriers for flying goods to the US during the pandemic, due to the significantly higher cost of flying freight on fewer planes. This additional amount will be invoiced to you prior to despatch of your order.
