TIPS FOR USING OUR PRODUCTS

Our fruit vinegars are made in Somerset with 5% white or spirit vinegar. We then infuse fruits and herbs, add British Sugar to fix the flavour and that's it! The overall impression is one of full fruity taste with a relatively mild vinegar effect.

Womersley Vinegars

These vinegars are the best I’ve ever tried. They elevate food to another level. I use the raspberry vinegar for bottling beetroot and the cherry makes the most amazing vinegrette and can be added to marinades for duck.
