ABOUT OUR BALSAMIC VINEGARS
At Womersley, we are all about blending fruit in exciting and delicious ways with vinegar and we have long wanted to try this with a fine balsamic of Modena. This we have finally done and the results are truly amazing. Our new balsamic vinegars are all superbly lush and intense, syrupy with complex flavours and a heady aroma.
