We have been using the Lemon, Basil, Bay & Juniper Fruit & Herb Vinegar for a few years. It makes a refreshing salad dressing with just a little olive oil and seems to go welll with most things.
I love Lemon, Basil Bay & Juniper, it is my go-to Fruit Vinegar. I often use it on its own to dress vegetables and salads, no need to add oil or butter
I have loved these vinegars for years, great for salad dressings , love the warmth of the chilli, I also bought the blackberry balsamic which is absolutely delicious
