**November 2021 UPDATE: As a result of no longer being able to obtain golden raspberries, we have made the decision to switch to red raspberries and Cornish Apache Chillies. We trialled this recipe in 2016 and it is, if anything, even better!**
The heat and sweet blend which can transform even the simplest leaf salad
Suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. Bring a hint of heat to all kinds of salads, both leafy and fruity. Now that we have had to switch to using red raspberries, we can no longer boast our success as winners of Gold*** at Great Taste Awards 2014 and Top 50 and the Nigel Barden Heritage Award, but we are confident this will soon be another award winner. This vinegar is the perfect accompaniment to poached fish and is guaranteed to liven up any catch of the day.
@LoveFoodFest Ned is loving the golden raspberry and apache chilli dressing I bought from you. We are having a winter salad with it: not bad for a 6 yr old who hates chilli ;) he's converted! Thank you!
with Womersley Golden Raspberry & Apache Chilli Vinegar

A delightful vinegar - fruity, but with a bit of a kick without being fiery. I tend to use it drizzled over salads and also on vegetables prior to roasting. A little on strawberries is good - strawberries and chillies work surprisingly well together, especially if chocolate is also involved!
Looking for a birthday present for a good cook, I found just the right thing, and then realised that both my daughters would definitely appreciate a special vinegar too. I chose (raspberry and chilli). I bought one for me too.
Elegant packaging, and the promise of delicious vinaigrette or maybe on fruit, or shoulder of lamb — can’t wait! I’m sure it will be a great success. I’ve already had enthusiastic comments from the birthday recipient!
As always speedy, friendly, excellent service. I haven’t tried the chilli with raspberry before but I love the flavour and am trying it on a variety of dishes. Top marks again.
Very subtle, adds beautifully to our cooking. Remarkable how added as a drizzle to steamed green vegetables it adds a very desirable uplift.
Love to add this when anything needs a bit of a kick and a hint of sharpness. Salad dressing is great but also great in fish dishes. Add it to Thai dressings and use with trout, mackerel, salmon etc. All of the vinegars that I’ve tried are wonderful. They lift a dish to the next level. Two new flavours (to me) arrived today - can;t wait to try them.
