Tried this as "something different" - and am very pleased that I did. The blackberry flavour comes through very strongly, but in a very attractive way. I have used it with salads and with vanilla ice cream to good effect. I suspect it will go well with pork and venison.
Have so far used the blackberry balsamic in the butternut squash winter slaw, the apple and sausage bake and an apple and blackberry crumble...gorgeous in everything! So versatile and the recipes on the website are phenomenal!

This is the absolute best balsamic vinegar I have ever tasted. Not traditional but certainly fragrant and the taste of freshly picked hedgerow blackberries is front and fore of this beautiful condiment. I have raved about it to friends and encouraged them to try it too. Not 5-star but 10-star!

We have been using the Lemon, Basil, Bay & Juniper Fruit & Herb Vinegar for a few years. It makes a refreshing salad dressing with just a little olive oil and seems to go welll with most things.

I love Lemon, Basil Bay & Juniper, it is my go-to Fruit Vinegar. I often use it on its own to dress vegetables and salads, no need to add oil or butter

When I am cooking something which just lacks that bit of magic I dash in some orange and mace vinegar! Superb with chicken, all vegetables, many, many sauces ……. It just brightens things up up!
