Rapeseed Oil from the Cotswolds

Having sampled these oils and vinegars at a cookery school I knew I had to have them in my collection. Incredible products, totally different from anything made commercially. I will endeavour to build up my range of Womersley produce for the most exciting larder in town. The cookery possibilities are endless.

Used Womersley Rapeseed for the first time instead of corn oil, better taste and consistency!

Excellent rapeseed oil and highly recommend

Bought their box of vinegars along with the oil which came perfectly packaged with the added bonus of a recipe card. They are a little different from other oil and vinegars and make a delicious meal even better!

I have been purchasing Rupert’s oil and vinegars for many years. They are delightfully varied and unique and are excellent for salad dressings. The extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil adds a distinctive flavour to my casseroles and other hot dishes. I use the 250ml lemon, basil, bay & juniper vinegar frequently and I enjoy using the smaller 100ml bottles when experimenting ~ such as enhancing the taste of summer fruits with raspberry and apache chilli. The labels are both attractive and informative. The mail order service is excellent ~ the bottles are packaged carefully and securely and I enjoy reading Rupert’s enclosed hand-written messages.
