All your vinegar are delicious. The new one I got last week. Lemon, bay,and juniper delicious with pheasant , walnut and pear salad
This is my favourite of your fruit vinegars. Lemon, Basil, Bay & Juniper goes perfectly over rocket, avocado, smoked salmon and olive salad.
“Taste this” said the chef on the cookery course I went on last year, “It’s vinegar”. Cautiously taking a sip from the proffered spoon I then enthusiastically polished off the rest. Womersley’s Lemon, Basil, Bay and Juniper brew was completely different from anything I’d previously associated with the word “vinegar”, Since then I’ve used it in my salad dressings, as a substitute for balsamic in an oil and vinegar dip for chunks of fresh baked bread and in recipes that include white vinegar. As well as stocking up with the original flavour, I’ve now bought samples of others to experiment with. I was very pleased to find these products on line and thank you Rupert for taking the time to talk through a concern I had with the website.
....the vinegars. I've used them for a long time now and nothing beats a drizzle on a summer salad, with a dash of oil. So easy! They make an original gift too (and beautifully boxed).
I bought a set of these vinegars about a year ago & was a real fan along with my son who has constantly been saying when are we getting some more fruit vinegars? After looking around for ages and all the oil & vinegar shops closing down and not remembering the name, I eventually decided to do a bit of googling! Wish I'd done it sooner as, hey presto I found you, so our love affair with your vinegars can start again. My son is away at the moment but am imagining him prancing around the kitchen with glee- like I did- when he sees the selection I've bought: "happy days!”
